Radiography is more lucrative...both in nigeria and abroad. It's one profession in nigeria with very few practitioners, they're hotcakes in the military. I'm yet to see a radiographer without a job but I know many pharmacists that aren't practicing for one reason or the other. Go for radiography & live a regret free life.

Though I don't fully agree with you. But the course is very lucrative. He should think of radiology, nuclear medicine, etc. The high rate of cancer is making it very useful these days.
Also, radiation based imaging used in airports and also in ports could be handled by a radiographer.

Upon graduation one should look for internship. And even specialize further.

Both course can give you money immediately after graduation but Pharmacy is faster in terms of recruitment as everyone and anyone is now into pharmacy business especially community pharmacy

Average 75K, Lowest 60k, Highest 90K dollars per year. In the UK they can earn from 28K pounds per year to 50 K pounds per year so just remove med lab from your defense.
Pharmacy has its own Faculty but Med Lab and Radiography are mostly found in the College of Medicine. If they were so independent and successful they should have had their own Faculty.
A Pharmacist in Nigeria. I mean a "Pharmacist" with his portable retail can earn more than 150k at list from basic retail. Now imagine if he goes into wholesale by selling ;drugs, drips, syringes as well as other needed items.

Bro if I don't know what am saying, I would have shut up.... I am quite surrounded by a lot of firms seeking personel. An not been to UK or USA to know their job earnings... But you see this nails and jobs. I know too much cuz I run a job 9jc, 00agency...

Two years ago.. I went on a search to get a radiographer : posted on all their regional group search.. We got calls every hour, but all of them are all employed.. OK , we offered to pay 120k and non accepted saying they can change only at above 150k..i quickly researched and found that they all earn above at least 130k even those in the remotest villages..

Taking about pharmacist digressing to trade. Radiographers also open up labs... And make serious money... My guy who is a radiographer and who owned a lab.. Earns over two million monthly from running the lab. Again he left to the UK. Where his monthly income in Maura is about 3million monthly

I love your question simply because it is an opportunity for some of us to guide one another in this world of work. It's obvious you have a choice to make between radiography and pharmacy and your biggest factor-decider is 'lucrative'. Every profession, vocation, career, by whatever name you want to call it, is potentially lucrative by equal measure. Instead, lookout for passion, commitment, consistency, happiness, focus, continuous personal improvement, the lucrative part will fall in easily. Even truck pushing is lucrative as long as you combine these attributes I outlined.

i can tell you with all sense of responsibility that radiography is more lucrative

If you have a degree in pharmacy from Nigeria and move to the US, here is what you will face . You will have to do another 3 -4 years for you to have doctorate before you can practice. But should you want to branch out into radiology, a radiography program would take you about 18months to obtain a license.
