We don't know what the conditions are, but I guess they likely include you sending in your transcript, and meeting the language requirement. What else, tuition payment? I doubt. If the conditions include the two I've mentioned above, then yes is the answer to your question.

Someone in Canada(actually a white man) wants to sponsor me to come, how do I go about it, what he does he need to do for me to facilitate the process faster, please I will appreciate any help.
This is a rare opportunity for me.

Hello Mayniaa,

The funny thing about this Canada parole is that even if a white Canadian should sponsor a non-citizen, the application can still be refused for "Purpose of Visit."

The question is, what is the nature of the sponsorship, and can you demonstrate proof of relationship to the said person?

How is the said person going to demonstrate financial commitment toward the sponsorship intent and is the sponsorship funds going to be readily made available to you?

With more details, I believe you will get adequate responses.

Last i spoke they said they are doing evaluation and that the officer is on it. If one is rejected do you still get mail?

Ok then, I feel you should still chill. And yes you will get an email update but the rejection letter will be on your portal.

Hi guys,
I don’t know if there is anyone on this boat...I have done my upfront medicals since March 5 and till date it hasn’t been uploaded despite uploading the slip given to me at q-life clinic. I even called q-life and they said they have sent the result since March 14th.

Hello Peruxie,

Don't worry. This is sometimes a norm with IRCC. They will update your timeline in real-time at their own pace. Channel your energy in continuing hoping and believing in what you believe for a successful outcome. There is not an issue. It has been well-received by the concerned visa office.

Hello justmellow Good morning what do you think I can tackle the purpose of visit refusal.

Hello Daud12345,

Kindly upload a screenshot of your notes that contains the officer's concerns so you can get the needed advice from the house accordingly.

However, it could be course correlation/mismatch, the program type/level, insufficient reasons stated in your letter of study intent, future goals/benefits/plans, financial availability, etc.

Bro thank you so much for replying.
First off I'm a man and my friend (the white) is also a man, the guy just wants to help me out of this place.

It will be extremely difficult to convince the immigration officer that you're in fact a bonafide applicant who intends to reunite with his spouse in Canada. A lot of documents are required for Spousal Sponsorship application, which I have enumerated in my previous post. More importantly, IRCC are very thorough and meticulous with applications of this kind. There is a high possibility that failure to demonstrate the genuineness of your relationship with the Canadian, your application will be flagged for misrepresentation and a Procedural Fairness Letter will be served which might lead to a 5-year ban. In view of this, it is advisable that you seek a legal advice on how you can prepare your application and stand a chance of getting a positive outcome.

if he's truly committed to sponsoring you, let him pay your tuition fee, and living expenses. Enrol to the GIC investment program. You would still have to meet every other requirement like everybody else. GIC goes a long away in proving you have genuine access to funds. If he's willing to make such commitment, then you know he's serious about truly sponsoring you.

Good afternoon
My parents want to do a property gift deed for me, do I need to attach the survey documents in my name when I'm submitting my study visa application?
Thanks

The deed of gift duly prepared by a licenced lawyer in Nigeria is sufficient for this purpose. Getting to redo the survey plan might be a long process which would cost you more.

Now, this cracked me up.

Friendship is also a relationship. Proof of relationship means proof that you and this person are close friends at the very least.

However, your visa application cannot fly with the conditions you have stated.

The only way to make this fly is if you submit an application to a school for an academic program (MSc, PGD, etc.), successfully accept an offer of admission, and then ask your friend to pay your tuition.

You will then have to concern yourself with accumulating more than 10000 CAD living expenses. It is imperative you have this fund in your account as a steady accumulation over a long period of time (e.g., a year) rather than a lump sum.

So if one's profile is 460, is the person still advised to withdraw.

Thank you all for your good wishes kiss . I've actually received 2 more PPR email from different IRCC official email addresses including lagos, I guess this is their new normal for accompanying child.

It's making sense now cos it was initially visit visa application which was later changed to study visa app as instructed by IRCC. The PPR email came with a different application number that starts with S, which is automatically study/student visa. Thus, I want to assume it's the initial visit visa application that was cancelled.

PS: I never really wanted to share this to avoid abuse, but trust me, sending mails worked for me (I did it in my own and got my PPR after 4 days, I decided to try again last night for my child and his own arrived today).I sent the same email to almost 50 IRCC official email addresses and got encouraging responses from about 5 of them.

More PPR NEWS will soon flood this thread in JESUS MIGHTY NAME, AMEN!!! GOD DID IT.

Dear, kindly share this 50 email addresses cause my tired is tired. When you say encouraging responses how do u mean, cause all I've been getting is active review or in process.
