Please house, i did my upfront medicals on the 22nd of April 2021, and i just realized on the e medical sheet that the upfront medical type was written as "worker" instead of "student". I have already submitted the e sheet to IRCC through webform.
When I called the IOM office in Lagos, they said it can't be changed since it has already been submitted. I hope it won't affect my application? or should I send a webform to IRCC and tell them about the error?

Thanks Bro, the second option is actually College Diploma not PGD.
Well, progression is very important. I wouldn't advice going for a y program lower than bsc

Not necessarily.

If they trust you, they can send card details to you on the spot... They can do this over the phone for security reasons.

Otherwise, you may have to send your link to them.

Congratulations on your acceptance into a PhD program in Canada with a full funding package. First and foremost, you should start by gathering the important documents for your visa application.

The list of documents can be found here;

he told me his name is Chidiebere amaku but the passport name Is okechukwu something and the account he gave me is from chipper cash just like flutterwave. No way to trace him if anything

Don’t pay to any account that does not match his name on the passport. He also need to send you his Canadian residency details that matches his name on the passport .

He has no power or influence on your visa application or the school.

Pay him immediately he supplies those details.

Keep your school informed about potential fraud involving that payment.

Pls o my sister just did her biometrics today for her students visa , what is the next step my good people? Good morning

She should wait for a positive consideration of her application by the immigration authorities of Canada. At this time, her application is currently in process and will be contacted if there is any further information required. She should keep an eye on her MyCIC account.

Mybankstatements is meant to be a year banking history. Submit sponsor's mybankstatements with a year banking history.

Thank you @legacyedition

I will have my sponsor do that, so no need for me to attach 6months statements again i should just run the 1year MBS

Hi everyone,
I'm just rounding up my first bsc (Law), and I'm about to submit my study permit application for a second bsc in Cruminology. Will it be an issue for me? Will I be granted visa for a bsc studies when people usually go for a masters?
Also, I don't have an official graduate transcript because we are not done, what do I submit?

To make things easier for you and to demonstrate academic progression, I would advise you to go for a Master's of Law (L.L.M) program if you graduated with a 2.1 CGPA. A second degree will be a very herculean choice to opt for at this point in your career.

I'm really sorry I keep stressing you people here. I'm just trying to get everything together ASAP.

For the proof of funds, my parents are paying my fees and I'm obviously unemployed. How many of these do I need to submit then?
your bank statements for the past four months
a bank draft in convertible currency
pay stubs
an employment letter
proof of assets or business
proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees
tax reports, declarations or statements
proof of a student/education loan from a financial institution
a letter from the person or institution providing you with money
proof of funding paid from within Canada, if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program
proof of a Canadian bank account in your name if money has been transferred to Canada

There is a family member representative form. I'm the one doing practically everything and the visas are being submitted via my account. Do I get my mum to sign under this form appointing me as the representative?

Then for all these forms they gave me to fill, Adobe is saying I can't save changes to some. Does that mean I have to print, fill and then scan them? For the signatures as well, do I need to print and sign then scan?

Thank you all so much for your patience you're so kind.

See my responses below;

1. A bank statement showing inflow and outflow of funds for the past six (6) months should suffice. Also, include a MyBank Statement Certificate containing the ticket ID and password duly addressed to the Canadian embassy for verification. Please note that you're to include relevant documents which demonstrates your sponsor's source of income, the list of documents can be found here;

LIST OF DOCUMENTS FOR A SUCCESSFUL STUDY VISA APPLICATION

2. You don't require a family representative form if you don't have an accompanying minor in your application.

3. You're not required to print, scan or sign any of the Canada immigration forms. Upon successful uploading of documents into their respective columns, you will be prompted to use your full name as written on your international passport to electronically sign and transmit the documents to IRCC for due visa processing.

I hope this information satisfies your inquiry.

I don't know about who is to sign but you don't need to print anything. You require Adobe version 10 to fill those forms. If you've downloaded the forms, you open with Adobe 10. For signature, all you need to input is a name. Since 17 is considered a minor, I will suggest you input your mother's name as the signature.
NB: I see Frankrobbn1 has done a follow-up to your enquiry. Go with his advice regarding the signature

Upfront medicals??

It's a requirement for the NSE, should you want your application to benefit from faster processing time.

You can use it, however, do your possible best to obtain a marriage certificate from the registry. This will aid your future applications especially during your application for permanent residence.

Hi fam,

Can an applicant go through the NSE route with a fully funded MSc/PhD program? Application has been submitted but a letter came asking for IELTS result and mybankstatement certificate? The thing school is covering tuition and living expenses? Should I just ignore the letter or reply to them that I’d be going through the regular route?

Thanks

You should respond to the letter by stating clearly that the applicant is fully funded and as such doesn't require to provide mybank statement certificate for his study permit application. Attach relevant documents which pertains to the funding from the University and the supervisor. As for the IELTS, you should evidently indicate that English proficiency is not a requirement as stated on IRCC for study permit application. Provide strong justifications about your academic background and your intended research area in Canada. Your application will be processed through the regular route. If you've not done your upfront medicals, endeavour to do so as soon as possible.

'Confirmed' is a very strong word.

'Very likely' or 'Probable' seems more suitable.

You're right though. Not confirmed yet, time will tell.

I submitted my application on April 14th with SOA of 10 million but on 26th April I removed 4 million from it..will this affect my application? Do they check the inflow and outflow of the account or do they just check how genuine the SOA is

An account may be transactional, however you should maintain a sufficient balance to cover tuition ( if you haven’t paid) and living expenses at all times. The inflow and outflow will be checked as well as the authenticity of the statement itself.
