Just like OP said the working condition is terrible hardly will u see an older staff, when I came it was only driver that happens to be old staff I even learnt the admin officer that gave me my appointment letter was 2 weeks older to me when I was employed.

After a month the admin left, two months later driver left in the next three months three technician that were employed after me resigned.

Pelole were like I'm strong to remain with the company upon how abusive the owner is I replied "I'm after my salary and not his words".

What made me to resign is when he intentionally pay me half salary I told myself is time to "vamus"

This idiot invited all of us from Lagos and some from far north and suffered us for how many days in the name of he wants to give us job, eventually sent us back without even the interview with nothing.We paid for our lodging, feeding and transportation. Imagine people that are still looking for job. Na atachhee me and some guys use come back Lagos as we exhausted all we had. If you even see how he was insulting all of us, is a story for another day. It was later the security man told us that no one works with the beast,is even his family house in Julius nyerere for Asokoro, we checked the website ooo before going, well built with different oyibo pictures everywhere as co-owner we no know say na one man business the idiot they do for his house , I know he is still receiving punishment for his wickedness. He sacked over 10 persons within the 3 months I spent with him.

Time is still ticking. Until he reaches out to all the young people he has offended, he won't be fine in this life.

If he had tried me, by now nobody would apply for a job there because news must carry am. I have records of 60% of those he has sacked. He can't fight all of us and win.
