Back to Adesina, AfDB president. He seems to me a good person but I don't need a prophet to tell me that he would fail woefully in steering the wheel of this shithole, for the singular reason that "no one successfully builds on a faulty foundation".

For instance before the creation of an LCDA close to my neighbourhood, nearest LGA is about an hour drive away... All documents I need for my livilihood and work, I get it at a more higher expenses due to distance, and the congestion but now I get such documents stress free at LCDA

Grading and retarring of local community roads used to be impossible during the congestion of LGA, to get an approval to work on local roads from LGA is war, you go there and LGA chairmen are very busy, right now work into LCDA for such requests and you get approval within 2 business days, our LCDA would even offer a bulldozer and other needed machinery
