you need to visit a BDC agent or ask who you want to send the money if they have anyone sending money back home

I received 400 dollars on Monday through World Remit...I collected it at first bank within 10 minutes, no stress. I went to change to Naira at 473 to a dollar. This one even pay me pass them selling it as Naira, and the banks changing at the rate of 380.
