Governance is not on hearsays or social media words. Even the law states it clearly, you come before the learned judge with facts. If you cannot proof all facts beyond reasonable doubts, even if you feel its injustice, one might loose the case..

See the case of Baba Ijesha Vs Princess.. 7yrs old rape case cannot be substantiated just because the victim did not report and follow due process as at wheb due. The accused accepts his guilty as charged but DPP does not have fact to prosecute. Case nullified.

We learn everyday. Henceforth, we start doing our background check with all nominees to any public office since those saddled with the job are either not competent or nepotism took its cause.
