I don't think it would affect your application as it should reflect as a system error from their own end as that field was among the mandatory field so if they did not see it, then it should be a red flag from their own end.
More so, I feel the page went off due to logs of CV was received which was affected their data base size; hence they had to take off the CV upload part

I think that one of for subsequent jobs with the recruiter.
Meanwhile, M.Sc or othet higer qualifications showed as a must to select for me and I'm only a first degree holder
