RuudVanNisteroy:And was there any Tinubu signature in any of the transactions? An excel sheet proves nothing in law court guy. |
Re: Open Bidding VS Nepotism: Remita VS Alpha Beta Consulting Commission Percentage by Nobody: 8:39pm On May 02, 2021 |
PVision2020:It does if it all went to his companies. You know nothing about money laundering clown. All EFCC has to do is follow the money, the bank accounts are provided. |
Re: Open Bidding VS Nepotism: Remita VS Alpha Beta Consulting Commission Percentage by PVision2020(m): 8:46pm On May 02, 2021 |
RuudVanNisteroy:Transfer of funds from one corporate entity to another in the same country is money laundry to you? Tell me another joke please...lol. Alpha beta transferred money to TVC and so what? Do you know the number of corporate bodies that transfer money to media houses on a monthly basis. Even Dokpesi of AIT was acquited by court despite receiving money from the office of the NSA. And just to let you know, TVC is a distinct entity that can sue and can be sued Independent of the supposed owner. Check the case of the Sun Newspaper/Orji Kalu Vs EFCC |

PVision2020:Out of 200 million people in the country the former Managing Director of Alpha Beta, Dapo Apara, that got the monopoly contract to collect taxes, says Tinubu is the owner and money was being laundered to his various companies and you say otherwise. He has the bank records and bank account numbers the money was laundered through. Why wasn't money going to any of Ambode or Fashola companies. Why only Tinubu companies clown? You know nothing about money laundering.

RuudVanNisteroy:You still don't get what money laundry means...What Alpha beta does for Lagos State is validly backed by law just as FG and Remita. So how Alpha Beta chooses to spend it's profits is nobody's business. If Remita chooses to give you all his profits it's nobody's headache. Tinubu was smart enough not to be directly linked to the firm, even Apara himself said it that Tinubu's proxies (Doherty and co) were the people involve with the company. Dapo Apara case was majorly based on breach of agreement (he was supposed to have 30% share), all other charges were addendum Nobody listen to Dem say Dem say in law court. |

PVision2020:You know nothing about how money laundering works. No be today nyash dey bank; money would have gone to Doherty and Co accounts and not Tinubu's companies accounts. Former MD says you own the company and provides documents showing money going to all your companies accounts. How I wish money could magically be landing in my account from a company I know nothing about. |
Re: Open Bidding VS Nepotism: Remita VS Alpha Beta Consulting Commission Percentage by PVision2020(m): 9:12pm On May 02, 2021 |
RuudVanNisteroy:Let the former MD himself bring evidence that shows Tinubu owns the company na, when he's in court to take his supposed 30% share and he also state under oath that other two people owns the remaining shares of the company. Maybe you should read the case file again and see the contradiction in your arguments. Who Alpha Beta gives it's profits no be your consign. |

Biggest thief in the SW region. His would be worse than the current nepotistic tyrant in power if he managed to be President. This is plain organised crime under the cover of law! Lagos cannot finance many infrastructure projects and borrowing to fund others. Yet, Alpha Beta pockets 9% of badly needed funds. We haven't touched on former LASG Gov disgusting perks and pensions. |

PVision2020:The former Chicago drug baron thinks he is the Smooth Criminal, Michael Jackson sang about . All the profits of a company you don't own end up in your companies accounts and you say you are not the owner. Come and see naija wonder. So what is stopping EFCC or why was he discharged n acquitted with EFCC required to pay damages for maligning him. RuudVanNisteroy: |
Re: Open Bidding VS Nepotism: Remita VS Alpha Beta Consulting Commission Percentage by Nobody: 11:22pm On May 02, 2021 |
pricklewane:He has never been investigated by EFCC. He was acquited by CCT Tribunal on a technicality and not the corruption allegations. The technicality was that he should have first been invited to explain the allegations before been charged to the CCT Tribunal for false declaration of assets and failing to disclose several foreign accounts.
