The only thing that made this project work is that it was mostly chinese supervisors and chinese labor. the moment you give the same project to a nigerian company, the men would start trying to ask the female workers for phone number, the workers will say "why should i care its not my father's business", workers coming late, people give jobs to people from the state or ethnic group, before you know it the project fails and the blame is pounced on whichever president is sitting at the time.

Should we continue to blame Europeans for the underdevelopment of Africa indefinitely? A fool at forty they say is a fool forever and Nigeria is over sixty. Malaysia/Singapore got independence around the same time as Nigeria and comparable in all terms but are we at the same level today ? A lazy man always blame it's tools for underperformance. Nigerians needs to sit down and solve it's problems and stop blaming others always.

Else even the few African countries that are a bit developed are either occupied by light skinned Africans, e.g Northern Africa, or have a large presence or influence of white skinned people, e.g South Africa.
