Until you quote the section of the constitution that banned Biafra flag, you are writing balderdash.

The same constitution enshrines in it, the freedom of association and right to self determination by any group that feels marginalized.

Using a flag of your country of admiration or loyalty is never a crime in Nigeria, if it is quote the section.

Osun state under Aregbesola had flag and coat of arms of "state of Osun", yorubas are displaying their Oduduwa flags, Hausas are displaying Arewa flag even in offices.
