Ruthbella:I agree. Draining and scary most times. Try to distract your mind from it with other activity or you may want to apply for your GCMS note to give you an insight into the progress of your application. It will end in praise for you. |

Whew! The VO sure had a lot of things to get off their mind. In your statement of purpose were you able to tie your desire to study business analytics to the job you currently do and your previous degree? It seems the VO wasn’t convinced enough. Not sure if PGC is a good step after masters degree obtained in 2012. This trajectory needs a lot of convincing the VO. Also the proof of fund aspect is pretty explanatory. Lump sum without explanation of where it is from is a red flag. In regards to home-ties, what document did you provide? I’d advice including land or property documents etc. Even go as far as showing your family is doing well/ established cos there was something mentioned regarding that. Queen6996: |

Please guys can I use prepaid card to pay my application fee ? |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 18 by emmalextemtop: 5:33pm On May 04, 2021 |
Sharonyeah:If i may ask, what type of application, Admission/School application, VISA application fee of $150? And what type of cards did you used? For your information, you can't use Mastercard to apply/pay for anything beyond $100 CAD in a month. It only allows $100 only. So, get a Visa card or someone to pay for you in Canada or that has a dollar dominated account here in Nigeria with the visa card Thank you! |

Spectro:Which tone? I don't understand! Please be careful the way you interpret people's mindset and reaction from their text, some might be a surprising exclamation! Like the way i asked, thinking one anger or whatsoever. What i will say is this, let's please be careful the way we interpret words from others comment, this is just a asking and a research avenue for questions and we should know sudden reactions will come and don't let us be too swift to take offense(s) Nagode! |

Hello everyone. My dad went to Firstbank today for mybankstatement and they are saying they have no idea what that is. However I'm sure I have seen some people on this forum who succeeded in getting it from First Bank. Can anyone offer me any help? I am in the process of contacting First Contact right now. Thank you. |

boscom:If I hadn't read it numerous times here on nairaland, I would have rejoiced at the speed but it is nothing. I think I am prepared for the mental stress and the long wait. None. I did upfront medicals on 29th and uploaded the slip via webform on 2nd with plenty errors on the body of the mail, I just hope they excuse the errors and just focus on the subject of the webform and the attached medical slip..LOL No update on the medical but I plan calling IOM after 7 working days if it isn't uploaded. |
