Exactly my point. he is still in active service. considering the boys age now, remove 5yrs as acclaimed the military when he was dismissed, the boy could barely remember him.

That is It, The ransom was paid and the victims was killed.

Government should stop paying ransom to the bandits and kidnappers but eliminate them completely
