A Lady With Low Vision (bad Eyesight) Reflects On The Event That Made Her Stop B by OloshoMan: 5:30pm On May 05, 2021 |
A woman has recounted an incident that made her stop believing in pastors and their prophecies. The woman whose eyesight is poor recalled leaving her eyeglasses at the altar in redemption camp years ago "because of faith". She said her sight didn't improve and her dad had to be at her school the following day with spare glasses because she was "blind". She added: "Omo, I no dey believe anybody and their Daddy prophesies again." Lalasticlala please help it. https://www.lindaikejisblog.com/2021/5/woman-with-poor-sight-recounts-incident-that-made-her-stop-believing-in-pastors-and-their-prophesies.html

OloshoMan:I am glad she didn't fall for their finest rebuttal which usually begins with something like "her faith did not take" or "she did not have enough faith". 1 Like |

Many of the faith healers use medicated glasses while talking and prophesying God's healing for you. . Is it that God can't heal their eyesights. 1 Like |

OloshoMan:hahaha hahaha, very funny read.. Attimes it doesn't take a single trial, Elijah servant had to check the sea 7 times before he could see a cloud of water rises from it for the rain after many years. 1 Like |

Nephilim:Elijah's servant may have had to "check" seven times, but how many times did those healed by Jesus Christ, by His apostles , have to "check" to know whether they had indeed been healed? So how many times did Jesus Christ suggest those healed in His name ought to "check" ? |

First and foremost, was she a born-again christian? One thing a lot of people need to realize is that The childrens bread is not meant for dogs. For you to truly enjoy the blessings and miracle of God, you must be born-again. Besides it's not an instant thing. She backed out too early before the miracle could even manifest. Her faith was weak. Faith is not being chicken hearted. Just one day, she was already calling for another speck. The three babilonian boys faithed it even up to the point of being thrown into the burning furnance. They believed God could deliver them and didn't chicken out along the way. That was what moved God. Maybe if she had been stubborn about her faith to go through it that even if she goes blind, she wonldnt mind but that she's never going to back to the glasses, she would have received her miracle. That is how faith works. |

CharisEleos:1. Jesus Christ healed even those who did not believe in Him, and had no faith in Him. John 9 2. Even the one He called a dog(uncircumcised canaanite) was healed by Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ never denied anyone healing even though His primary mission before His death was to bring the New Covenant to the Lost sheep of Israel. 3. The vast majority of those were healed by Jesus Christ did not believe in Him or have faith in Him, neither were they born-again. They were mostly just people who were sick and needed to be healed. Jesus Christ Himself turned away some of those who wanted to follow Him right afterwards. 4. There is no such a thing as "weak" faith. There is "dead", "low" or "great" but not weak. Faith refers to acts done in obedience to the teachings and commandments of God as given by Jesus Christ. So, your obedience can't be said to be "weak". 5. Stop reading your delusions into the story. The woman was not healed at all. Jesus Christ did not tell anyone of those He healed to wait a couple of days to know if the healing worked. No, He healed everyone whom He went out to heal outright, even the Pharisee who he healed was healed right there and then. |
