There are fraudsters all over this country, many of them are criticising govt but would do worst than the govt they criticise. You may have to move on but if you can't which I really understand then you must be ready to fight dirty, let the fraudulent boss know that you have nothing to lose. Whoever is on the floor fear no fall. The manager that is threatening you is also an accomplice.

Conclusion: go to the shop take things let them arrest you matter go solve, chikena

Since the amount is only 16k you might be lucky to get a nairalander or nairalanders that will give you the 16k or more, don't take anything from the shop, you can decide to leave the man to God or as final resort drop his phone number here as someone adviced for nairalanders to show him some love which will inturn make him appreciate love and pay you your money.

Tell the police that you will settle them after your former oga pays you.

Go to the police. They'll invite him. I resolved a similar case with the help of police.

Go back and discuss in a polite way with your oga that you will work again,while working ensure you make sells to cover all your outstanding salaries then leave with the money without informing him.

But ensure you report this case to the police before going back to the work and dont share your plans with the police rather tell them you only want it on record but not to arrest ur oga.

Once you recover the money go back again to the police and inform them that you have recover your money that they should invite him.

The issue will be resolve in your favour by the police ,he cant tag this as stealing.Good luck guy.

Sorry but you can’t do anything meaningful.

You will only end up wasting more than your money to get the salaries he owes you.

What you can do is to learn from this experience to advert such occurring in the future.

What you just do when you’re getting your next job is to demand an employment letter.

That is the legal entity you can use to sue the man and get more than your salaries.

Oga you have tried to get your money to no avail. I will advise you leave them alone and hand over to God of justice who said "labourers deserve their wages" its your sweat if they failed to pay here they will pay in the world to come.my advice is find something doing but avoid crimes.

Make a formal report at the nearest police station & get them arrested . Find like 3k keep for the police to run your mataz but make sure say you know where to pick anyone of them at any point in time cos Naija police no go follow you go arrest person twice or else you get enough money to spend.

Some people are very wicked & heartless yet they can sleep with their 2 eyes closed forgetting that they've denied someone his/her sleep
