In the next 5 years, majorities of homes in Africa will apply these designs to their houses, it is very easy to install solar panels and saves cost on the roof carcaas and covering cost meanwhile also, be an independent electricity genentor for their homes electronic's and lighting.

Your question is vague.

If you are asking if your ground floor arrangement must be same with the upper floor for structural stability, then the answer is NO. It's the responsibility of your structural engineer to design the building according to its loading conditions.

However, if you are suggesting that you want to change the floor arrangement from what 2ad originally designed, then there is a "structural concern" and you need to revert to your Structural Engineer .

Why don't we build with treated/insulated hardwood in Nigeria? You know, a house where the exterior walls can be blocks/concrete, but the interior/room dividers would be wood? Think of the freedom and cost-reduction in running electrical wires/pipes, plumbing, and even future reconstruction/expansion.

My high school in Abia built in 1929 has residential buildings built entirely of wood, and some still look good!

We are working on a project where the entire structure would be treated wood and glass

I don't know of any disadvantages. We built a similar structure and don't have any issues till date.
