U should have negated what he said but u didn't. D operation is supposed to be a rescue mission. Rescue missions are rescue missions not guerilla combat

I saw about 1 minute of the video.
What I see is drama with commentary.

Kidnappers heard heavy gunfire and released kidnapped students .
Nigerian army even carry hunters....
If I'm to strategize this mission ehn, none of the kidnappers would escape.
There will be choppers, airborne, ground troops and yes snippers
I'm sure we don't have snippers that can shoot from a chopper. .

If u say it is "purely guerilla warfare", is that what goes in a rescue mission? Are d nigerian soldiers fighting guerilla warfare or attempting a rescue which is d mission?

The bandits are in defensive posture since they were attacked. How's that guerilla warfare?

A shameful charade! You stay out of sight of the kidnappers and fire and the kidnappers released the victims just like that. And you want us to believe this crap. Government should come down heavily on this criminals to stop this menace once and for all, instead of making it lucrative for their 'brothers' by making payment at night and coming to display this low budget action film in the day and think reasonable Nigerians will believe them.

Thank God that the persons kidnapped got saved by providence, ransom was paid. So they weren't saved by the Nigerian soldiers!

The soldiers were even more of a threat to the safety of those released.

I watched the video and I asked myself, is this the band we call Nigerian soldiers? They were so very uncoordinated, very clueless and I wouldn't even call that a gun battle!
No professionalism or semblance of coordination.
Do they even train these guys in combat warfare or are the big generals eating the money allocated for that too?

I thought I was the only one that noticed. It is disheartening to say the least if this is the way a nation's army operate.
