I'm shocked that you are shocked....

Guess the country that has done this the most.

Nigerians! That why this process is looking like a camel going through the eye of a needle.

But we will all go through.

Amen
Pinkey2021:

The ‘final’ and not sole aim of a study permit for most people is to get PR, AFTER they’ve studied and gotten their qualifications. It’s a process.

However, I heard recently that some people actually use the study visa path to immigrate without actually studying. They get their visas, get to Canada and abandon their school and program! I was shocked.

No wonder VOs sometimes write in GCMS and refusal notes that they have concerns about an applicant being a bonafide student.

When I observed how you help others on this platform, I had to study your Nairaland account closely. The image you posted simply reflects your perception of life.

You really are a rare mind... Best of brains and heart.

May God continue to bless your kindness. May he enrich you profusely.

And if God enriches me abundantly, I will do my best to share the blessings with you guys.

I don't know how this selflessness you show works, because my brain cannot comprehend it, but one thing I know is that it must never go unrewarded.

Amen! Amen!! I sincerely thank you for the kind words and inspiring compliments in appreciation of my continuous efforts on this platform. This would not have been made possible without the presence of prominent people in here.

Helping people achieve their Canadian immigration objectives has been a no-brainer for me and I look forward to my further support and guidance.

It will end in praise.

My response was to @Ruthbella. The delay you're facing at the moment is probably because you didn't do the upfront medicals. It's no longer an NSE issue if you've gotten medical request.

I just want you to understand that the reason @ruthbella has not gotten a response is basically not because she didn’t go for NSE.

Good day house, please I have been sending webforms and emails daily to IRCC and still got the same response that they sent earlier that my application is still 'under active review', should i still keep sending them the webforms and emails till I get a final decision on my application or stop sending them the webforms and emails since I have gotten a response?
My application is 20 weeks and I start classes May 10th 2021
My medical was updated to pass on the 6th of May 2021, did it on the 22nd of April.

Please was it an upfront medical??

Many thanks for your response. Can I then explain how I got the lump sum dollars early last year by backing it up with a statement of investment. Do u advise i attach my salary account(although there is no money in it). Also can I now attach my employment letter and how can I proof ties since I am also single. Thanks once again
Yes, you should explain the lump sum back it up with prove. Attach your employment letter and if possible get a letter of leave of absence. It would go a long way in establishing your hometies, but that depends on what you've written in your earlier statement. You must be able to establish how the program you're going for will be beneficial to your career prospect on your return to Nigeria.

Hello Gentle21,

The survey and receipt (or the Deed of Transfer or Conveyance in its whole is a) are substantial documents that can substitute for the CofO.

If the budget is available, do a property valuation.

Best of Luck

I can't say. I'm just an applicant. However, failure to submit NSE requirement certainly won't help the situation regarding the processing time in anyway. Delay is not denial.

A deed of gift from sponsor? That doesn't sound logical in the immigration terms. He should rather state it on his letter of sponsorship and affidavit of support that he has transferred a certain amount to demonstrate his financial capability of sponsoring your studies in Canada.

Frank I already submitted my application January 12, I just requested for the gcms April and got it may 6th.

So you gave that advice, how should I do it now? How should I tackle this issue, the one of sponsor.

Please I'm concerned with an issue. I have a B.sc Computer science but I want to apply for Economics, Business Admin or something similar for Masters. I have 3 years experience as an inventory officer in a supermarket. Would that be possible?

you probably didn't provide the NSE requirement. If that's the case, priority won't be given to your application. Are you resuming in May? You should be sending webform on daily basis.
Thank you for your response.

Hello everyone. So I had to meet my agent to come and explain what I’m seeing here and it turned out that the agent said he gave someone money who gave another person in Canada the money to pay for my application. Now the person
In Canada called the bank after the payment to cancel all transactions on his card. And the money was collected back from
IRCC, in the procedural letter they sent me they asked why I charged back the money and I told them it bounced back. And I told
The agent to make the payment again.

I’m confused at people’s negligence and unseriousness.

Please what can I do at this point ? Help!!!

Na wah! You didn’t check the status of your application all this time? You’ve been banned for 5years.

Please gurus in the house should help.

Frankrobbn1:

Over the course of my five (5) years experience in handling complex immigration cases, I have seen on several occurrences, applications being refused by the visa officer after requesting and passing a medical examination. There is no blue print that works for Canada immigration processes and the format is not properly elucidated. A visa officer has absolute right to deny an immigration application if he/she is not satisfied that the applicant is a genuine student. I can tell you for free from the wisdom of my experiences that situations like this often occurs when an immigration officer is not able to complete their assessment on a file before transferring the work load to another visa officer for finalization. The new visa officer who then took up the application from where his colleague stopped will review the supporting documents/comments and may have some reservations thus unavoidably leading to refusal. I have seen this happen on several GCMS notes, albeit it's not common. Above all, should you've received a medical request, your application success is 95% close to approval. Keep the faith alive.

It will end in praise

This happened at my last application. I was ecstatic about the medical request and wasted my money only to receive a denial few days later. I must say that Canada has the most inconsistent and disorganized visa application process ever in my experience. For instance, after i addressed the issues raised in my first gcms notes, the second gcms contained more issues that were not referenced in the first note. There were gaps that showed the VOs were not as detailed as they appear and it was disappointing. I demonstrated travel experiences yet the VO said i had none. I had 3 years education gap but had work experience yet, the VO said i had 6 years education gap and doubted my motives. The VO said i wasn’t academically strong undecided . yet my cousin who graduated with a third class science degree, who hadn’t worked for 2 years was granted a visa to study a diploma in business. What does academically weak even mean? Is Canada not meant for 2;2 holders? It made no sense

The chances of you getting Admission for a a Masters in Economics, business admin etc. is slim cos you don't have an Academic Background in them. Based on your work experience as an inventory officer , your best move is to go for a PG. Cert program related to your INVENTORY OFFICER job.

Also, it's likely you can be eligible for an MBA.

Do await more inputs from the gurus & other members

Good day everyone,
I just feel I should use this medium to help those that wants to use my help, I've always refrained from doing this because of the scamming here and there that we have been hearing on this platform, I'm an agent who deals with study permit application, I'm also a study permit applicant as I also applied for study permit to study business management in Canada, because I want to improve my immigration consultancy as soon as I complete my studies in Canada, and I'm a November applicant still waiting on IRCC, my gcms note states recommend interview, anyway I'm just saying this so you can know my credibility, I'm using this medium to tell anyone who needs help paying thier study permit application fees you can contact me, note the rate is black market rate o, as I have to buy us dollars from aboki and fund my dollar card to be able to make your payment, I ordinarily do not do this as I use my card strictly for my clients, but because of the recent charge back saga from dubious and fraudulent people who in turn paint every application from Nigeria bad, it doesn't make sense if someone is getting a 5 years ban because of a greedy hungry fellow who wants to cheat people of just 230cad,so I have decided to help whoever wants to pay application fees for September intake, you can contact me via my signature
Note black market rate, I will be buying dollars fromaboki to fund my dollar account. I hope we all understand, I will be doing this for a limited time only. Thank you all.

I believe everyone on this journey should take out time to get a domiciliary account. You can make your payments yourself and also the account will be very beneficial when you finally make it to the other side.
