The current Africa champion have mix of foreign born and home grown...
There is nothing wrong in absolving Eze into the fold if he later rescind his decision on where his allegiance lies.. You don't expect a kid not raised in Nigeria. To swiftly pick Nigeria over his birth country..where he was raised and nurtured
A player that has said multiple times that he isn't interested in playing for Us.

Kelechi nwakali was not segunda league player of the month. It was Javier Puado. This is the link to the la liga site. https://www.laliga.com/en-GB/news/javier-puado-named-laliga-smartbank-player-of-the-month-for-april

This is the same site that announced that Sadiq Umar was segunda league player of the month for January and so they cannot be lying on this occasion.

That news is from owngoalnigeria.com and they are practicing junk journalism. Maybe he received player of the month for his club but not for the league

Also sd huesca have not yet been relegated. If u look at the la liga table they still have a chance.

Kelechi Nwakali wins the laliga smartbank player of the month of award
Now, let me clear this up.

Kelechi Nwakali actually won an award recently. But it was not the La liga Smartbank POTM award. That one went to Espanyol's Javi Puado.

The Award that Nwakali bagged was Alcorcón's Five-Star-Player of the Month Award (POTM) for April.

Owngoalnigeria obviously misread the news info and published a fallacy. And believe me, I know how that happened. wink

But bottom line, Nwakali bagged POTM for Alcorcón not for La Liga Smartbank.

Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by TheSuperNerd(m): 11:05pm On May 09, 2021
Spot on Philosopher. La Liga always carry such info on their own awards as it's no hidden thing.

OGN simply misfired on this one. I trust the guy was too much in a hurry to publish without understanding the information he got on Nwakali's latest win.

Nwakali didn't even make the April POTM nominees for La Liga Smartbank so there's no way he could have won that.

What OGN misread and misinterpreted is Nwakali's POTM award for Alcorcón. Not for La Liga Smartbank.

We all should endeavor to verify our info before posting please.

Well done.

Abbas Ibrahim was voted MVP/MOTM for his side, Pacos de Ferreira from one of the Pre-Weekend league games in the Portuguese Primeira Liga NOS.

He is a CM and another midfield talent to keep an eye on going forward as his side would be in the Europa league next season. He is 23 yrs.
