If you listen to his address the other time, he requested for a priest to be sent but Bishop said no. Mbaka is very obedient. All these na initial gragra. The fight was won in the spirit long ago

You need to understand the workings of the Catholic Church first. They have so many other parishes the followers can worship in. Fr. Mbaka's ministry cannot stop worshippers from attending mass elsewhere.
The Catholic Church is a unique Church. Yes, members are humans susceptible to human frailty but the hierarchy of the church does a great work to sustain its ideals.
I am certain if you ask well grounded Catholics they will explain. I say this because there are some worshippers who may not know how the Church operates but still make unsubstantiated comments as if they have all the knowledge of the Church.
