Every prophet had a miracle gvn to him during his time in one way or the other. But know that miracle isn't needed if the people believe without any opposition.
The Quran confirms that 99% of the prophets were Hebrew.
Its not only Muhammad who is Arab. There five Arab prophets are Hud (Heber), Saleh (Methusaleh),Ismail (Ishmael),Shu'aib (Jethro) and Muhammad (saw).
If I tell you Muhammad performed miracles, I am sure you won't believe me. But if miracles was not necessary if the people believe outrightly. Hence if miracle was a yardstick for the people to believe the existence of God, why did the Jews rejected mosses and Jesus miracles to the point that he was crucified?

Let's take this slowly, shall we

Firstly the Jews never doubted Moses miracles they believed

Yaweh gave miracles to all his major prophets specifically as a sign of wonder

Jews followed Moses as a leader to this day

In the case of Jesus, God gave him even greater signs and the people believed him

Infact when Jesus asked Peter who the Jews said he was, they believed he was a prophet

They accepted him and revered him as a prophet from God, but when Jesus said he was more than a prophet, he was their God

That is where the problem came with them, because they couldn't comprehend it, they revolted

Not because it wasn't written even in their Torah that God would come in Flesh (Isaiah 53)

So you can see the issue they had with Jesus, they never doubted the signs he showed makes him a person from God

This is a complete different ball game with Mohamed

He didn't have any sign assigned to him, you can not forge a sign to him because even the Quran says it never gave him a sign.

Quran excuse was that the people before him didn't believe but as you can see they all believed the prophets who came with signs.

Mohamed was the one writing Quran for himself and giving himself excuses not to have supernatural powers as a so called most important prophet

The people are disturbed, Mohamed has no sign to show despite boasting to be the greatest prophet.

Mohammed goes to meet allah to complain how much he is been embarrassed for having no signs, then Allah gives him another excuse for not giving him signs to show his mockers

[b]Sahih International: But they say, "Why are not signs sent down to him from his Lord?" Say, "The signs are only with Allah , and I am only a clear warner[\b]

He relays to his people that signs are with allah, he is just a messenger
