I agree with you. Let people ask questions. Harmless questions don't hurt anyone but hurtful responses can. There is always something you can learn from responses to that question. The minutest piece of information can make a difference and also keep the thread alive.

I'm telling you... When I had issues with my laptop during the test and mailed them and SHL, they willing gave SHL the permission to reset my test and that was so encouraging.
