If you are successful in your interview,you will be given conditional offer . Conditions are IELTS and successful of your portfolio.. Then it will be changed to unconditional offer,u can now proceed to pay ur deposit. I applied in Feb though but was told their interview will start June

Why IELTS For where? Don't you have Credit in English in your WAEC and you even studied Literature. Why don't you write to them to wave off the IELTS? Thanks

Hello everyone, kindly enlighten me. I intend going to the UK for masters,upon discussion with a family member about this, he said UK masters are mostly a year duration, and one year masters cannot be used to apply for PhD. because they don't write thesis and all
Though i don't intend going for PhD now, but there may be a need for it in the future. Trying to weigh my options and consider other places too. Experienced people are welcome to please shed more light.

You can actually get admission without IELTS. SImply upload your WAEC/NECO result and also attach your Uni transcript (if your 100 level has a unit course on English language).

And you can ask your school to write you a letter that your course was taught in English. That will help also.

Really,not all schools waive IELTS for nursing/social work students. Get your fact right sir/ma'am before you use the word "You Can" next time. Thanks

Yes, you're right BUT depends on your funding capabilities Like me, I paid 3days before my visa appointment, so it was too late to process another CAS.

Regarding student's visa application, I believe everything is still the same to date EXCEPT for the 2years PS Visa.

- Duly completed FORM A.
- Photocopy of first degree certificate(or its equivalent)/Certified True Copy of Statement of Result by the awarding institution.
- Evidence of admission/course programme.
- School Bill for the period.
- copy of the students passport data page
- the evidence of living expense issued by the school and will also be required
