I went to first Bank, gtb and stanbic today first Bank quoted 581.4 while stanbic quoted 584 and gtb 592.

I have a question : I have a wife and two kids aged 2yrs + and 1yr +. And have an unconditional offer from teeside uni 2yrs course. I plan to travel with my wife for at least one Yr before bringing the kids due to financial constraints. So my question is if I travel with only my wife and leave d kids behind, would it be a problem bringing them (kids)in as dependents under my student visa after spending about one Yr jn the UK. Please your response is appreciated..thanks

Just make sure you pay and take the proof of payment receipt with you when going for the test

There won't be problem,so far you bring them in before ur study visa expires

Oanda is actually around 584/585 mark today. You should be considering Naira -> Pound Rate and not Pound -> Naira Rate. They are not the same thing o.

Yes, you must have an account in whatever bank you chose to use for your form A.

Or go with someone else who has an account in the bank you are interested in. You will have to transfer the funds to the person's account.

I have used Stanbic since last week and I was debited today and the rate is 585.41 also confirmed that today's rate is (585.41). I hope this helps

When filling your form, you will be asked to fill a date that you want to travel (most people fill a month before their course will start).

I think that’s when the validity of your vignette will begin and it will expire 90 days after.

My problem with form A in my region here in Nigeria is the longer time it takes, my tuition deposit took 2 weeks, so I'm looking for an instant payment medium

Yea this thing has been giving me concern as well. I just spoke to an Eco bank staff and he said we can actually use Form A to make such payments. That form A is not just for tuition. That we will need to get the necessary documents to prove why we are making the payments, just like how we provided while making tuition deposit.

If only this thing is something we can even pay in advance sef, lol. Pending when we really need it.

If you mean traveling from Lagos directly to the UK, BA and virgin Atlantic . I always use sky scanner to book the tickets kos it will give me prices to compare and also let me know if a flight has a lay over
