D dude is so childish. With one mouth saying he is made and the other saying he is seeking for a job. implications of what ? perhaps there is a rule that states that civil servants apl should not be made public... I have never heard of someone getting in trouble for posting his apl online... Maybe there is but i have never heard or seen it before
