The same week we had a daily close above TL is the same week we have a weekly close above the TL and resistance zone. All bullish signs, though now there are daily candles with small bodies so I expect a bit of retracement then I will be more comfortable. Also sentiment is saying retail traders keep adding sells so it's a good thing for the bulls.

It's natural to want to win. This contest looks at closing balance that's why there are certain risk. If the winner was to be chosen based on pips harvested no body will trade more than 0.01 lots size.

Reducing the leverage can control this.

Yes! That is why you will someone coming down from 10%+ve to -ve. Like gabson suggestted in one of his post. Bring the leverage down 1;10 and that is the only way you can get what you want.

Pls those of you that trade forex on laptop, how is your data usage like? Like how much data do your laptop consume per 1hr?

Mt4 consumes far less than tradingview..

I only trade 3 pairs called BEG (Bitcoin, EUR/USD & Gold), but I do not trade the 3 pairs at once o, I only trade them one at a time , but I notice my laptop eat too much data, even food when I no fit eat finish, my laptop dey chop am in 30mins


I subscribe for 750mb this morning then login into mt4, guess what? As I close my eyes open am I no see mb again, the lappy don eat the data finish, wash hand, clean mouth


Like how much data do your laptop consume per hr?

Not even upto 20mb with over 15 pairs opened per hour.. trading view takes more though....

750mb? Look into ur system, mt4 is not d cause I can boldly say that

If your windows update is on, it will drink your data.

The only alternative to that would be adjusting the rules to include a fixed lot size or a maximum lot size. Since the aim of the contest is to practice safe trading I guess a fixed lot size might solve that problem.

I think, Maximum Daily loss is better, just like FTMO challenge this will balance technical and risk management.
