It must feel bad. Especially if the money owed is a lot. So bad that some might want to consider entering the grave with the dead debtor to go get the money they are owed. |

Charliewyt:You wrong. Death do not cancel debt. You can always sue the estate of the decease even the law permit for creditors to be paid as a condition precedent before beneficiaries can be entitled to inherit. Op I pray your debtor recover not because of his debt as you can recover your money even after the debtor dies |
