most of those brand new tyres are low quality china tyres. Buy grade A, summer and recently manufactured toks tyres and rest.

Where you won c tokunbo summer or 4 seasons tire?

I've only been lucky once and it was just 1 pieces I was able to buy.

That particular type of tire are very scarce to see as you... Gazzuzz says he has it one time I contacted him but its very expensive and we needed 4pcs then.

You even have to be good with tire types to even know or identify or different btw a winter and summer or 4seasons tires.

Winter tires are the most popular tires in Nigeria when it comes to tokunbo

Boss say what you know biko, civic won't give you prestige out of ignorance and Nigeria mentality. If you see someone that have used 02/04 civic, trust me! They we beg u to treat it well, nah machine. I've seen folks walked up to me and like wow! This is one of the neatest civic they have seen and how dey love their own. But when you see someone that have not use a car before or the civic in particular, they kind of frown face like big daddy is everything and me I don't like that big daddy for anything, it makes me feel like I'm about to hit my head on the screen.

As for review, what I get sometimes r, your car is low and what year is this? So uber accept 99 cars now. Me! Look them with straight face, oga!!! But for rating, guess the below pix will do d talking irrespective of not doing more than 5 trips a day and technically offlines most times.

Even if you ur car na 99 model and rugged as long as na oven be 99% of ur rider, they will come down smiling and giving you 5star.
See them dropping comment like good conversation.

Bro how much will that fuel different of almost 40k fetch you at every 10kmiles? because that's the different base on fuel consumption as against the Corolla. But one thing I know about the German car is it's strong, rigid, rugged and last longer but the main down sode is availability of mechanic.

The car self no dey quick spoil like that... Go to villages that's what most farmers uses for their bush market transportation.

ball joints failure uncommon with civic.

But enh... I'm still trying to think why the ball joint failure is uncommon to the civic yet very common with the Accord brand despite the fact both cars brands have the same design and structures nothing different.

Could it be that its the weight or the rigidness of the ball joint itself?

What has the manufacturer even said concerning this failure.

Buy the right weight.

And any brand will do.

The sad part is, what really maters is, what's in the jug. You will have jugs stamped with 5w30, and whats in it is SAE40.

Then it brings us to brand. I can trust a brand, because when they say it is 5w30 it is actually 5w30 and not groundnut oil.

It also takes us to where you source your oil from. 100%, a number of the people buying Mobil 1 are only buying 'can' or another palm oil, cos they are buying from shady sources. You could make a lot of money just selling mobil 1 empty jugs lipsrsealed

It will interest you to know, you have a high propensity of buying the faked most hated XHP if you are buying from shady source...

So actually, the most important factor is where you source your oil from and trusted brands. So when they are selling 5w30 to you, you are actually buying 5w30.

This happened a lot especially when I changed oil using the Mobil 1 full synthetic one need to see where these kazeems are fighting for the jug but I usually take it along with me because I know what they need it for.

Some of them will even over pour the oil just because they want the jug and don't want any oil left inside it.

Baba, Repairs on cars can suck money.
I just withdrew 20k from pos in the morning, that I should just service car n try n flex with the remaining change.

When I got to the mechanic,

Mobil--7k
Filter- 1k
Camshaft sensor-4.5
Workmaship- 2k ( with abeg join grin)

Going home, just branched a place to buy something, start motor, car started making some noise.

Discovered its kick, something about bendits.
Bendits/ rewire- 3k
T.p- 5h.
Workmanship - 2.5k

That's how 20k vanished with the car in a day. Even yesterday, car was still giving issues,. 2 days now, zero income.

We shouldn't paint a picture of its all a smooth sail as per finances in this hustle.

Rewire came back n said bendits can't be repaired, that I have to buy a new tokunbo kick @ 12,500...... 30k vanished with the car.

But I thank Baba God, @ least no be 3MB or inside traffic the car go misbehave.

They will soon come and say how many times do you do repairs in 6months or it’s your car.
SMH, for newbies and intending partners.
I know someone that sold his 406 and took loan to buy Corolla. 2.2m March dis year for Uber.
I’m waiting for him to start complaining since he won’t listen, he wants riders to respect him.

But it's true. You don't repair your car everytime. I've felt the pain of repairs too and I've seen it eat deep into my earnings but it's always a one time thing.

Even with the repairs, if I tell you what I've used bolt money to do, you won't believe it.

The day this vehicle starts taking more than it brings is the day I'll put it up for sale.

This one is just looking for pity. Him no get better job, him dey pump him wife like vulcanizer, con born 3 children.
In as much as that salary is too small, that is a daily job that won't take him more than 2-3hrs to complete. He could venture into other things with all the time left.
There's a woman that cleaned my former workplace at ikoyi. She used to journey from Yaba to Dolphin estate, ikoyi , Mondays through Fridays to tidy up 3 offices every morning. According to her, she usually leaves Yaba by 5.30am and clean all the offices before 8am. Each office paid 20k each, that's 60k monthly. By 8.30am, she's already on her way back to her base for her provision business.

Its not required for vehicle inspection, its only used to check some details...if u have those details written down elsewhere it will still suffice. But its a given because u drove the car there so u must have a licence on u.

Secondly, d drivers licence u present may not be the person that will drive d car on ehailing.
