Not DIY, I did not receive any text message, everyone or most people that collected today did not receive any text message

I went with 2 of them that signed during capturing but the other 2 didn't go with me.
You will have to go with the 13yr old for finger print activation

Hello Guru in the house please help ooooo.
I filled the passport application for change of name online and paid via my debit card.. the page load and freeze while my money was deducted, I didn't receive a confirmation, please anyone can help on how to get a confirmation page to take along to immigration office next month.

Were you given a passport ID and reference number after you paid? If yes, you can print through this link

Not at all..it freeze up after showing processing but my money was deducted, so I refresh the page but return me back to the form page.
What should I do now and how can I get the reference because it seems like it was processed but freeze along the way.

i can not remember who they contacted but the money is definitely not lost.

They did court affidavit 500 naira, then a document with the new age eg intl passport, bvn, waec certificate, voters card etc, application letter for change of date of birth

This is my issue, i want to do a change of surname on my International Passport (as a man). Firstly, the Passport is expired since 2015. I have all documents ready to take to Sauka Abuja NISHQ.
This one that i am reading booklets are not ready, does this stop me from getting my change of name approved?

Secondly, after approval has been given, can i approach any NIS offices in the country for my new passport instead of going back to Abuja again for capturing and biometric to get the new one.

Finally, How many weeks will the approval take. I am doing all these by my self online and submitting the hard copies in Abuja from Lagos. ( I don't have N170,000 to dash any Staff of NIS for this) .

so you have not yet collect your passport after six months that I have collected my own and do for 2 ppl and collect it within a month

I even contacted the payment department but was told the payment didn't appear from their end, therefore I contacted my bank for refund/charge back since that is payment error.
I am waiting for the refund.

Hey sis I was there yesterday I was told that they just started printing November and December ones that they just cleared all from August till October the man said I should check back next week starting from Wednesday that Nov/Dec ones would be ready. The place dry sha na only collection waiting to collect all of them busy. I saw people getting theirs as well. Let's wait till mid next week. You can check on Friday sha. It will end in praise. Naija hmmmm

Please when did you capture? I captured on the 29th of April for change of name. No information yet from their end. It's really frustrating my dear.

got my passport today @ alausa. No text msg, no call.
Diy captured march....had pnf issue..file rectified and submitted march 25th.
