Forget about Google. I've done that for the basics. Climes are different when it comes to these things. I've used an Audi somewhere else, here, I wouldn't even go close to any Olympic sign.

Don't know any about GAC, just see them on the road.

RAV4 more in reliability index than Tucson.

The Fortuner are bought brand-new majorly in Nigeria and comes with 2.7L i4or 4.0L V6 both petrol engines are very expensive to replace if you damage them. But it is reliable all the same

Good morning guys,
I have a family of 3 and I earn abit above average. I am not big in spending much on cars but I think I need something more interesting than my lovely VW Passat 2008. I'm looking at either an ML350 2012 or a C300 2015. But then I came across a BMW X5 2015 that requires a balloon sensor and steering airbags change. Should I face my front and keep evaluating my MB options or it's not too bad to make those fixes in the BMW and pick it up? The BM is seducing me badly. Please advise me.

If you're buying the Benz, buy the c400 instead. Those c300 2015/16 have engine issues (hydrolock) that requires engine replacement when it happens.

There are other better brands than these.

I don’t joke with tyres.

“A bit above average” is not a value or a range.

By the way, purchasing power isn’t determined solely by earning potential but also spending habits.

I can be earning 10m a month but that doesn’t make me able to afford the ML in discussion if I spend 9.8m and save 200k monthly.

Someone earning 500k monthly, who spends 50k from that earnings can easily afford the ML than the former.

However, if I’m to pick a choice from your options, it will be the ML350. However, I’ll pick the 2014 model year.

Best wishes.

C300. Usually I go for the SUV but in this case more value for your money than the ML and less maintenance too. Also, that generation ML was boring and sad. C300 has better gas mileage.

Goodyear
BFGoodrich
Bridgestone
Dunlop
Michelin.

The above are reputable brands but very pricey and rare.

A cheaper option (which I think is Indonesian is Achilles.

Overall, the only point of contact that your car has with the ground is the true. So, please take this decision serious.

The GLE is a direct successor to the ML, and the 450 is a better engine than the 350. GLE450, without a doubt.

Toyota Avalon is not a portable car.

Infact, its a full size executive car.

PORTABLE OPTIONS :

Honda Civic

Toyota Corolla

Toyota Matrix

Honda City

Hyundai Elantra

Hyundai Accent

Kia Rio.

But i personally will go for Honda Civic.

Once you have already CONFIRMED that the car is SOUND and CLEAN,you wont have a problem maintaining it as a first time user.

Just use your car with care, and do the normal oil changes as at when due, elantra is a basic car,and not a luxury ride,so expenses will be minimal.

MAKE SURE THE CAR IS HANDLED BY AN EXPERIENCED MECHANIC.

You are good to go,best of luck.
