I would have done this a bit early...but anyways, better late than never

On 2nd April 2021, with enough knowledge from nairaland agric/poultry section, I decided to rear Noilers.

So I got 20 noiler birds, just to test the months of extensive research on nairaland and to test the "waters"

feed and medication I bought on day 1
1 bag top feed starter
Ampen anti-biotics, d-multivitamins and Glucose

I couldn't get their weight on the first day, so I took it on the 3rd day (04/04/21)

Average weight: 48.7g
Largest: 56g
Smallest: 40g

On the 8th day (09/02) I noticed one of the birds was having a swollen eyes, I contacted noeloge82, and he told me the drug to use. The affected bird was also isolated from the others

Day 10 weight record (11/04)
Average= 101g
Largest= 117g
Smallest= 82g

I noticed disparity in weight with a particular one compared to others, I suspects it's either cockerel or premature noiler

Day 38 (9/5): weight records

Average: 647.47g
Largest: 841g
Smallest: 387g

Day 42 (13/5): they are 6weeks today

Yes you can, you can put stone first before putting the charcoal so that the ash will settle at the base

At 6weeks, I changed their feed to finisher, but noticed they were not gaining much weight, so by day 51 (22/5) I dewormed them and changed their feed to starter and there was significant changes

Day 52 (23/5): weight records

Average: 930g
Largest: 1.15kg
Smallest: 550g

Yes they do, but are not know to hatch. But, I have read someone who claimed his female Noilers hatched their egg because they were on free range

Good...just stick to starter till 10th week...It will help their height, size and comb development.
