I'm between making a decision to either get the Note 10 Pro and the Poco X3 Pro..

Can anyone who has actually handled both phones kindly advise as quickly as possible.

Better display, more aesthetically pleasing, better cameras, better speaker system Redmi Note 10 Pro.

Better processor, debatable better battery performance and faster flash storage, Poco X3 Pro.

The choice is yours.

Best battery performance
Cheaper.

If you are performance centric and you are cool with having good pictures now and then, go with Poco X3.

If you are camera centric and a movie freak, this is your best.

Apps I run daily are MS Office, MS Teams, Zoom, Edge and Chrome.

The Note 10 Pro should suffice then, I believe.

Reviews I've seen says the speakers on the X3 pro are actually a bit louder than the Note 10 pro. Also, that the battery life on the Poco X3 pro is poor compared to the Note 10 pro. The only significant pro for the X3 pro is the processor. All in all, Redmi Note 10 pro is best overall

Have you done any troubleshooting at all? Use another cable first, then try another charging brick to be sure all is well with any of the suspects. You may want to try another charging source too.
