Yes! It was during the lockdown, the Reverend and some ushers were not putting on face mask so I decided to remove mine lo and behold one usher came and ask me to put it on and i refused, he went and invited his colleagues to come and create a seen, was very embarrassing...... 35 Likes |

Because a friend of mine's dad got appointed as local government chairman, the choirs, pastors shifted all the attention from other youths and treated my friend so specially... Infact, na on special chair he was sitting on then. I was like mtcheew, so marginalization dey for church? One of the reasons I stopped going to church. After years, when the guys dad left power, what do you expect, he became normal church youth... No special recognition or pampering.. No. But I felt embarrassed for a Sunday school teacher about 5 years ago. He wore this very old coat to church for his usual Sunday school teaching. Few minutes into the sermon, he dug his hand into the inner pocket of his famous coat in search of his handkerchief unfortunately, an hungry looking rat jumped out of his pocket and disrupted Sunday school. The devil pushed me to give testimony on my birthday, as I reach alter with all eyes on me, my brain went blank. Yes. I was watching YouTube videos with my phone. One usher cam and requested the phone. My reply was "If I give you this phone, make I knw why". The usher left and returned few minutes later with 3 more ushers with one of em being their Egbon. They took they phone from me after causing a scene, even threaten to report me to the pastor who would then have me kneel down in the side of the Alter. Funny one. I was about getting money from my wallet for offering, and my emergency condom dropped on the floor in full view plenty people. I stepped on it sharply.
