Politics Nigeria has been furnished with Images from the scene of Ahmed Gulak's assassination.

It will be recalled that Gulak, a former political adviser to Ex-President, Goodluck Jonathan was shot dead in Owerri, Imo state on Saturday evening.

In footage exclusively obtained by this paper, Gulak is seen lifeless in a pool of blood beside a black camry vehicle.

This is clear political assassination sponsored by DSS, UGM don't shoot at a perceived enemy neatly like this. They destroy and riddicule the car and it's occupants with bullets.

Not that I condemn DSS sha but, both them and their fellow terrorists in government should steer clear innocent citizens when showcasing their madness. Innocent citizens are our major concern

How I wish Nigeria has a good investigative and intelligent unit in our security system... this is pure political assassination! But no way, they will call it unknown gunmen. People are using this window of unknown gunmen to eliminate others. Even the ritual killing forest in port harcourt is still unknown gunmen.... Why This Isn't Esn/UGM


He isn't wearing a babariga that would mark him as northernern for ESN

(even then hausas have not been a target of ESN except fulani herdsmen)


He isn't wearing a military police regalia that you would call it UGM


The brief time he came to imo on assignment he got killed by those who supposedly are aware of his arrangement

He holds no position of relevance that can bother ESN/UGM, there have been more important people including the VP and IGP that came to east and left in peace

May he rest in peace - no one derserves to die like this and may the culprits be apprehended soonest.

First move - BAN every politician and their boys from leaving the state. This was a political hit job.

You do not foist a leader on people, it doesn't always end well. With the current tension in Imo, as part of those that orchestrated (or was used to orchestrate) the civilian coup in Imo, common sense says you should stay away for now or you go there with adequate security if you have anything to do with your benefactor.

If Uzodinma needs a battalion to go around Imo, he should have provided same for you. Its a pity that without investigations, bigots and paid mongers contributing to our current state like CilicMarin are already mentioning IPOB and inciting attacks on Igbos in the north. Forgetting that any attacks will also include other tribes as the whole south are "Igbos" to them. And reprisal actions will surely also take place in the south, making the whole security situation worse.

This IGP shouldn't behave like the previous senseless IGP who concluded that the IPOB carried out an attack without doing a proper investigation. There should be a proper investigation into this senseless murder. RIP to the man.

For those pinning this murder on the IPOB without a proper investigation, just know that the Igbos are not cowards. Every Igbo man who still decides to live in the north despite all pleas to return home, does so at their own risk.

This is classic political assassination! Victim played a major role in installing supreme Court governor and there's a lot of motive within Apc in the state to take him out.
