Once you eliminate all Nigerian forces there and stops future Nigerian incursion, it seizes from being part of Nigeria. It's now independent from Nigeria. That's one of the ways of birthing a new country.

Mister, if sponsors intend it, Biafra+10 won’t be able to prevent Herdsmen/Terrorists or Jihadist slipping through the borders to blow up things, you wont be able to do much about it.
