Guys please I’m back again with another question.

My sisters husband is not interested in migrating.

Will it affect my sisters application?
Can my sister apply without him?
I’ll welcome any additional advise. Thanks in anticipation

She can apply as husband non accompanying..it will have no effect except that she must provide POF that covers the size of her family irrespective of whether the husband is going with her or not.

Please Does CES evaluate LLB as masters degree too?
phabulous88:
.

If you're evaluating your LLB and don't mind waiting for 20 - 25 weeks, then try CES.

Creating an application and making payment is pretty straight forward.

Hello,

Does having 2 Masters degrees add more points? By August I will be having an MBA and MSc.

I need extra point as by August too, I will be turning 31 thereby losing some points I guess.

Kindly comment

Hello, I am a pharmacist using the EE pathway. Pharmacists do not really get pnp because you can't practice unless you take the licensing examination. It's on the excluded occupations in saskatcewan pnp.
To practice as a pharmacist in canada you have to evaluate with pebc.
Abdulyakeen:
Hello,

CES and IQAS evaluate LLB as a Professional degree (not Masters degree)

Professional degree and Masters degree have the same point

Hello all ...... First time on this thread .... Have been reading from page 1, but i would like to ask some questions.
1. I own a small poultry farm so i am not sure if it is noc 0821 or 8252 that i should use.
2. I have been seeing people here using siblings to claim point but can i use my uncle to claim point ( as in my fathers younger brother).
Thanks

1) 0821 or 8252 - depends on which one your Job description matches more closely......note that NOCs starting with 0 are managerial roles i.e. oga oga

2) please check these links from page 1 for options of getting additional points.....for the FSW, only PA siblings or siblings of a ACCOMPANYING spouse give extra 15 CRS points. Your uncle may be helpful if he lives in a province that considers relatives and you get a nomination from that province as a result e.g. SINP, Manitoba. A provincial nomination gives 600 extra points.

Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident?

the brother or sister must be:

*18 years old or older
*related to you or your partner by blood, marriage, common-law partnership or adoption
*have a parent in common with you or your partner

A brother or sister is related to you by:
*blood (biological)
*adoption
*marriage (step-brother or step-sister)

Hi Fam,

Has anyone evaluated French Village Badagry diploma (one year)? If you have, what was the outcome and which evaluation body gives a positive evaluation?

Thanks

I applied for PR since April 2019 (25 months ago). I have done biometric capture and was requested to provide addiotional information on my family in October 2019. Since then I have not made any progress and using webform does not give me any information since it seems they just copy and past their replies to me. GCMS notes do not give any information either and when I call, they blame the delay on COVID-19. My application is being processed in Ottawa.

Does anyone have any clue what could have gone wrong or have had similar experience?

Please help.

Everyone is waiting. However, when you requested for GCMS notes did you confirm the following ?
- Eligibility passed an officer?
- Criminality
- Security

If these three have been conclusively passed with no issues then it is a waiting game.

I have passed security and eligibility. Not sure I saw anything regarding security on the GCMS notes but I am guessing it goes with criminality? Do you know of anyone who has waited this long (25 months)?

In your GCMS notes, under recommendation check if you have ‘review required’

You are not alone....it seems there are some 2018 applicants still waiting. Some files have been approved but they have not been issued PPR because of travel restrictions.

Check your GCMS notes again....first 3 pages and see what is written under assessments (see image), this is the most basic summary of where you stand. Also check from the very last page of the GCMS document containing NOTES. NOTE 1 (the most recent), NOTE 22 (oldest) to see what an analyst or officer has said in detail.

PS: GCMS has ALL your info....you'll be surprised what you'll find when you read it from beginning to the end.....even your requests for GCMS notes & all your correspondence are indicated there, as well as any and every edit made to the Express Entry profile even before getting ITA.

All the best.

Good morning house. My questions are

1) is there anyone that was given their canadian permanent resident entry visa post 28 march 2020 that has made their landing in canada? Because I have recieved mine since January 2021 and I have not been able to travel and the entry visa to make my landing expires in August.

2) Also are there any suggestions for me on how to make my landing.
