I always find Plantain really colorful and inviting when I see other people fry/post/eat it.....but I don't know how they deal with the sweetness.

I find Plantain too sweet; just like cake I rarely eat it. Most times when I eat Plantain it's just to fulfill righteousness or tag along.

I don't know if it's just me but Plantain is too sweet for my taste bud....It's so bad that I can't even eat past ₦50 worth of Plantain when buy it on the streets ( buka level). Even when anybody celebrates at my place of work and we get served lunch, I mostly leave the Plantain on the fried or jollof rice untouched.

How una dey Enjoy Plantain?

That’s true but puff puff is also softer and fluffier.

I initially set out to make puff puff but somehow my yeast disappointed me, so I opted for buns instead. Been a while and I’m happy I actually got to eat them after so long

Maybe you should try the not too ripe ones. I even prefer that, to the overly ripe.

i will go for fridge because I really can't stuff much into my belle - besides, you can't do the do with so much food in the belly. That fine fried plantain, stew, ofes, beautiful JR, lovely dessert etc all go into the fridge.

Served beef in skewers (first time), honey spicy grilled chicken , grilled vegetables, and jollof rice

Made a chocolate cake desert with frosting (frosting for the first time and it was a bit runny).

Buns are a lot nicer and more cooperative than those stubborn puffpuff. cheesy

They could take any form and still be perfect.

Ah! I surfard before I could get puffpuff right.
I almost gave up after a batch I made swallowed up most of my oil. embarassed

You’re right. Puff puff molding is tricky. I had forgotten how nice buns are. I quite enjoyed them compared to puff puff.

But my friends and family always requests puff puff so, I make it more.
