What happens during WAR?
= Many, many People get Killed or Kidnapped
= Hunger and Scarcity of Food
= Loss of Job and business
= Lack of Governance
= Insecurity

I think the President touched raw nerves going by the number of responses on this thread. As the saying goes, you do not talk of dry bones in the presence of an old lady. Rather than inflame passions this way, the President could have generalized his comments so it is applicable to ALL nuisances across the country.

If he wants to be decisive, he will declare state of emergencies in some states, suspend the civilian administration of these states for 6 months and move in to restore complete law and order. Such states should include Borno, Niger, Zamfara and Imo as a minimum. Anything short of this is dancing around the edges
