Sincerely this birds are not well feed that's why the delay in their egg laying , for birds to lay they must be well feed , kitchen leftover will not do much double their grower intake and support with vitamins they will change soonest

Ok , thanks...I will buy vitamins but not feeds,as I'm not selling but for my consumption.
Buying ready to kill birds is better than rearing with feeds.
That's why I stopped buying Broilers.
Cockerels are good too,but I bought Noilers coz of the eggs advantage.

Noilers will do best on normal chicken feeds, you can supplement the feed with kitchen waste

I have cages for sale

Why will I feed local fowl for 6weeks when I can feed those agric fowl that will give me enough meat.

These local Igbo fowl are good to be allowed to freely roam and feed around.

This is waste of man hour and money.

On 2nd April 2021, with enough knowledge from nairaland agric/poultry section, I decided to rear Noilers.

So I got 20 noiler birds, just to test the months of extensive research on nairaland and to test the "waters"

after a month.mine have been eaten cook indomie, rice, even left over semo and wheats , sometime I give them biscuits because I don't have time running around for one expensive food.infact only one person no fit catch them if Dem begin run. Even if I leave indomie cook and their, Dem go finish the indomie first before them return to their foods and none of them die
