The OCI is not taxable until the point they are realised ie upon sale of the asset. That is the tax fraud element they must be investigating, as well as expensing of capital items to reduce tax liability. His treatment of the Revaluation Reserve can also be subjected to scrutiny under the Sarbanes Oxley act as some of his companies were publicly traded.
