I disagree with you my brother, it is not absolute that country citizens deserve d leader they get. A country like Nigeria where d electoral laws and allocation of electoral materials is skewed in favour of d less educationally handicapped regions which is d North because they follow herd mentality unlike other regions especially d southern region. Thus, what do u get at d end of d election? A vote count dat tends to have more of these nonenitities from d North casting their vote in support of one imbecilic politician(s) who is not even fit to be among humans not to talk of ruling over a family.

Basically it masks your IP when accessing websites but your ISP (glo and co) can track you.

Best way is to subscribe to a paid VPN or use Tor (same principle as VPN but it throws your IP across different locations every few seconds, making it hard for your ISP to know where you even at)

Best I can do is how people buy chip unlock or wwu iPhones (if you familiar with them), use [b]chip[b/] to make it work.
If new iOS update renders the chip useless, another chip is out that you can use to bypass the block.

Same with VPN. If one is blocked, there are others to download and use. If you using paid ones, you will get a new IP in seconds.
