Shame on twitter, I didn't know that outfit could be this shallow.

Buhari tweet was reported massively, hence the tweet deletion. Out of over 150 million active users, how do you want them to censor each user's tweets if not reported? MNK just caught their attention consequentially.

Where and how did he threatened the Igbos in his statement? Were Igbos the only ones involved in Civil war. South south and South West had their own share of the war - why are they not making it about them? U guys are just pathetic whining brats.
Ogah Civil war was a genocide on igbos let's be realistic here

Twitter would not delete Nnamdi Kalu’s tweet if Kanu had included the details that Nigeria soldiers sent to Biafra land had been murdering civilians in Biafra land.

Twitter wouldn't have noticed and deleted Buhari's post but for the people who reported the post.

Same thing for Kanu's post, the FG should have reported that earlier.

Twitter has millions of users, how will Jack and his comrades effectively police the app against misuse if offenders aren't reported?

@MBuhari shouldn't take it personally. Even if he does, he shouldn't drag the rest of us into the personal clash he has with the bird app.

Spot on!

Please have sense, twitter doesn't monitor every tweet, "Buhari's tweet" was reported by so many people that was the reason it was deleted, apparently their attention has been called to this tweet also

Exactly. Twitter deleted the presidents speech because a lot of people reported it as a hate speech.
I'm sure if a lot of persons had reported Nnamdi kanu's tweets, he would have been banned from the platform.

IPOB set out and stuck with the official policy of no violence.

But Your Buhari soldiers beginning from 2016 started to kill innocent IPOB people even in church premises and private grounds, bury some of the dead IPOB people in mass graves.

What lesson is that? They disrespected him and he replied with 10x more firepower to the point that they had to remember Namdi Kanu and his cohorts.

So to you now, that post by Twitter means they were unfazed? What does "deeply concerned" mean in your language? I hope you are also aware that using VPN means Twitter will have less revenue? They sell your data to advertisers and with your location blurred out, things wouldn't be straight forward for them.

They didn't remember Kanu's tweet. It wasn't reported. It was after Buhari's tweet was deleted that you BMC started reporting Kanu's tweet and hence, the deletion afterwards. And who told you that using VPN means twitter will have less revenue? Lol. VPN no dey blur out location, it changes it. Instead of the foolish country, Nigeria, we come dey show for U.S, U.K, Canada, etc. Twitter lost nothing. In fact, their value appreciated from the depreciation they had few days ago. Nigerians were trending in most countries of the globe, it was sweet to see. Also, Kanu has more sensitive tweets, but because you BMC do not want to do the right thing and report, it will still be up. If Naija govt get mind, they should permanent the ban. Lol, even them know say dem no fit. Where else will they post their lies and propaganda?

Nigeria government leaders are after cheap cash from crude oil in the Niger Delta, they don’t have time for details on what their assault on Twitter shall result in.

Buhari the President assumed Minister of Petroleum despite all persuasions to leave the Oil Ministry for another Nigerian.

It was a war and not a genocide! Look for the meaning of genocide and explain to me the actions taken on the FG side that made a genocide. The same people FG was still dropping food for during the greater part of the war.

So in your dictionary, disguising locations does not mean it's being blurred out? I made it clear earlier. With all the bots and the massive following of Namdi Kanu, there's no way you can tell me that Twitter never saw those comments. Not when even ordinary people like myself can get banned without being reported by any individual.

And when did the ban even become effective? Something was banned at 11am today and you're here talking about appreciation. Also, unless you lack exposure, you should know that suspension is the standard adopted in most places. Political party members, news outlets, football players, presenters, etc are hardly ever banned permanently for an offence. Its not about fear or anything, its the norm Mr Chestbeatercheesy
