3. God never called you to starve your bodies in honor of Him. Instead He told you the kind of fasting that He prefers, this in Isaiah 58 vs 5- 13, only many of you are too decieved to listen to God since you are almost always distracted by your god of men and what they tell you instead of what God commands of you.
