a single room here before covid will run you $1,200 monthly. right now i dey pay $3,250 monthly for my apt. because oyinbo ppl dey invade black communities, and once they start moving in, blacks are displaced because rent will shoot up.
it's why everyone here is talking about the gentrification of black and brown communities. because Manhattan is also too expensive for the oyinbos, so now they are moving into black communities
