Still no good entry for gold, I will continue to abandon it till say Wednesday close
Also for GJ, the bolded below is playing out on today's close (see attached)....I will again abandon it and check again at tomorrow's close.

LESSON HERE IS: Check gold and GJ since last week Tuesday on the D1 TF, that will be about 5 candles backward and see how price has moved within them, it would not have been profitable (swingers) to have entered those pairs as the price would have trapped you in a range. Getting trapped in a range is the easiest way to lost money and blow an account.

THE PSYCHOLOGY HERE IS: Stick to your gun, the market will tempt you, the chart will tempt you, forum noise will tempt you; but you should ONLY wait for your time, wait only for when your entry says YES and no more even if it will take days.

Finally, it's more profitable to avoid a trade than to lose it, so why the rush?
