Some are the size of a mustard seed, some are the size of little stones almost the size of groundnut.

If you shave ya balls regularly, then you will experience something like that.
I used to observe mine, that thing can be expelled through the 'hair hole'
I would press it until i found a way to get it out.
The contents is similar to that thing you press out of your nose, if you injure the skin, it still remains.
So press it out one at a time.
It was not an issue for me.
Speak to a doctor though.
