There is a war going on between the millennials and the baby boomers in Nigeria.

The millennials are mostly from the south.

Atimes you will be wondering why this guy is so concern about Nigeria and Nigerians and not even Ghana where its Headquarters is located, It is because we are blessed with untapped resources both human and material and the Nigeria market is a profitable market for any investors but politics won't make it to work well. I pray God will help us

Why won't Jack Dorsey say so? When he knows that Nigerians are oponus.
Bitcoin trade is one of the reasons our currency was rapidly devaluing.
Nigerians were using our scarce Forex resources to trade in bogus money.

I know white people that bought bitcoin when it was less than $60 to a bitcoin and rich Nigerians got into the game when it became thousands. Only to start encouraging poorer Nigerians to invest when it became tens of thousands.

Just like Forever Living.
When will majority of Nigerians start using their brains?

Modified
For all those that quoted me asking about the present value of Naira.
I hope the screenshot below helps you to understand what I was alluding.
We are even more affected because the Naira is not a stable currency. And besides Nigerians started late when the creators had already swept up all the gains.

They need another currency too because inflation has eaten deeply into the value of their money.
Besides Nigerians don't mine bitcoin, they only trade it.

Your gain is another person's several thousands gain and your lose is also another person's lose and the people most likely to lose are those just getting into the game at this late hour.

That is why the CBN has decided to float a crypto currency too.
Imefile is a man after my heart.

Let's be honest, can bitcoin be of advantage to the masses or will it be an avenue for our inept government to launder money without a trace?

While it has its advantage especially as it has to do with having a currency that won't be affected by devaluation and inflation of fiat, I think the disadvantage outways in a corrupt entity like Nigeria.

Rotfl.

You're obviously clueless. Our small business owners on Twitter are losing more. Nigeria is not the only country with Twitter users.

Job seekers are losing out of vacancies from HR personnels on Twitter.

cheesy

Nigeria is a dead country. The only thing I admire and like about the country is her Entertainment industry and the youth.

It's the youth he's referring to in this case.

And also remember the stupid presidency also banned cryptocurrency at one time.

They keep stifling the youth. Or I wonder if cryptocurrency "challenged the corporate existence of the corntree"?
