Oga, say what you know. It's N2,500 from Lagos to Ibadan/Ibadan to Lagos. Abeokuta to Ibadan/Ibadan to Abeokuta is N600. While Lagos to Abeokuta /Abeokuta to Lagos is N2,000. I know this because I have taken the train several times to and from Ibadan. It has A.C and charging port, and is very comfortable. You should try it.

Government investment in rail transportation is fantastic but it should be affordable when compare with road transportation in terms of fares.

Where did the idea of train cheaper than bus come from though? We've been living too much on subsidy in this country we want everything cheap.

Bros, it's the same train that will pass from Lagos through Abeokuta to Ibadan. It joins 3 states in the South West.

The schedule is totally wrong,it should start from Ibadan by 6:00am to Lagos every morning and also go back from Lagos to Ibadan 5:00pm everyday so that people can be coming from Ibadan to work in Lagos everyday
