Definitely Nigeria is broke at the Federal level, the amount of money in the personal pockets of the politicians is worth more than $200 billion. That's why investing in Eurobonds and foreign denominated debt instruments is more risky than sleeping with a prostitute unprotected. Naira denominated debt instruments are becoming risky but can be settle by printing more Naira worse case. Zobah: |

davit:Fred Ajudua from Ibusa in Delta State. The founder of 419 in Nigeria, has his own church inside his compound. You need to visit his house in Delta state. The only thing his people like about his was that the money he defruaded people with was used to develop and empower some people in Ibusa (obviously raising more fraudster). Ibusa has the largest number of fraudster in Nigeria, for every 20 Ibusa, 15 is a fraudster no thanks to him. No court has found him guilty in Nigeria |

Nezzjnr: This again is not true sir. Toyota parts are very expensive compared to other vehicles within the same class. It does not matter if its Tokunbo or new. See this post I just saw. Good luck if you're using an Rx350 or even a 2005 Avalon and you suffer transmission(gear) failure. kingreign: |

Nezzjnr: Solid brand. Much cheaper to maintain than the Toyota. Has a bad rep in Naija due to ball joint failure in older models caused by using fake parts. |

Lazyyouth4u: I think so. Fola Adeola of GTB, Jim Ovia of Zenith Bank, Tony Elumelu of the then STB, Coscharis, Dangote etc needed the money for the expansion of their businesses in the late 80s and early 90s |

emmanuelewumi: You have the benefit of hindsight. He did not. I’m sure he believed in the properties he purchased/built at that time. Nobody knew park view estate would be what it is today. A few years ago, it was just a dead water logged area. Besides, don’t forget he had to buy properties that would not be easily traced and seized. 3 Likes |

Lazyyouth4u: Parkview had the backing of Lagos State military government, Same with Lekki Phase one and two, not forgetting Foreshore, any forward thinking real estate investor should know that such investments would fly. He made money during the time of IBB when corruption was legalized, nobody will seize anything jot 1 Like |
