Zulum is an achiever per excellence. He undertakes human capital development projects, something all Nigerian government of federal and state have failed woefully at. Other are more interested in cosmetic projects, just to claim useless praises and massage their over bloated ego but this man is focused on improving the quality of life of bornu people.

I don't think any current governor can rival him in this area, he is in a class of his own


Nb. Having said that, bubu is still a manumental failure and shouldn't be seen commissioning meaningful projects, since he himself knows nothing about adding value and improving well-being of humans. Governor Ortom is a very unless governor. He's never concern about Benue people, all he care about is politics and money. Indeed Benue state is soo unlucky
